Specification for kayaks allowed at Lake Skinner: Kayaks must be at least 10 feet in length, non-bailing and with seating for all passengers inside the boat. Sit-on-top kayaks are not allowed. Canoes must be 10 feet in length, 36 inches in width, a nd 15 inches in depth.
